Myself, my husband, both my daughters and partners and my in laws all stayed in this villa for 2 weeks at the end of May and it was a most wonderful holiday. Both Clay and Lesley were fantastic hosts and have literally thought of everything to make the villa a perfect place to base your holiday. From pool towels, extra linen for the beds, tealights for the outdoor candles and an amazingly equipped kitchen where we prepared both inside and out for the BBQ. The villa is plenty spacious for 8 people and it is so convenient to collect/ drop people off at Malaga airport, so if you did what we did and have people coming and going on different days it was just perfect. In fact we felt so settled at the villa on my return from an airport trip one evening I actually felt like I was "coming home". The location of the Villa is just fabulous for visiting Towns such as Cordoba and Granada and with the road network so well organised and so few cars on the road travelling anywhere was an absolute pleasure (I have driven in Italy recently and, compared with the crazy Italian roads/drivers this was an absolute dream.) The local area is just fabulous to explore too, with the beautiful Iznajar lake a 5 minute walk from the Villa and the town itself perched on the hill, lit up at a weekend in the evenings as our backdrop as we ate our evening meals. The local people were so friendly and because you are a little way in from the coast we found all prices very very reasonable. I could say more as the place was just magical and more than met our expectations but there may be a word count restriction!!!! Just HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and thank you for the pleasure Lesley and Clay hopefully we will be returning as soon as possible.

Relaxing in the pool, enjoying the view,siteseeing, visiting caves,ditjes, eating tapas.... it's really a fantastic place....
