Great home, beautiful design. All the comforts of home. Very relaxing. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Perfect.

zomer 2020 Over dit appartement hebben we gemengde gevoelens. Pro: -locatie in Cadaques goed! (wel een fikse klim naar boven vanuit het dorp, voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn geen aanrader) -prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras -goede werkende airco's -keuken is goed voorzien -behulpzame eigenaresse Con: -appartement was niet schoon -sommige meubels/plekken zijn toe aan vervanging. Het appartement heeft een beetje liefde nodig.

Dear Mrs. Rossius, I am unpleasantly surprised receiving such a negative assessment of the apartment months after your stay. I completely desagree with with your negative commends First of all, the cleaning: I checked you and your family in on the first of August 2020. You had no complaints. Fifteen minutes later, I get a call saying you won't find the house clean. I'm going to check the scene immediately. In advance I had contacted the cleaning and who claimed that the apartment was very well clean, after 4 hours of work. When I asked you where it was not clean, you could not point out anything concrete to me, only. Yes, on the table you had found hair. I didn't see anything. Where were they now? No, there weren't any more because you'd already deleted them by now. Regarding my option: ́The customer is always right ́, I offered to send you a maid, but you didn't think that was necessary and rejected my offer. Secondly, the facilities that wouldn't work: Which one? To my knowledge everything was in order. I explained you that we have our technical man on the estate to solve any kind of problems. You did not inform me about problems during your stay Third: Price quality. Yes, Cadaqués is much more expensive than the rest of the coast. It's a market-based price. Fourth: The apartment did not meet your expectations. That seems to me to be a personal matter. Our photos promise nothing more than reality. Conclusion: I regret that you are disappointed in this apartment that didn't meet your expectations. But your specific complaints are, in my view, completely unjustified. I rent this apartment for more than ten years now, and never got a negative review, at the contreray!

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle à Cadaqués. La maison est très agréable, près du centre de Cadaqués, très propre et très bien équipée , l’hôte, Christa, est charmante, arrangeante et très disponible si besoin. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
