The Villa is situated superbly for families looking for a holiday in a quiet and safe area with walking distance to the Beach with white sand and other amenities, as well as for golfers wanting to play several fabulous courses (La Cala Golf resort, El Chaparral, Calanova Golf, La Noria golf) without having to travel for long distances. There is a local shop, including butcher, only 300 m. away, and at the same location also 6 restaurants. The La Cala beach, which is one of the finest along the coast, is only 400 m. away. A stroll to La Cala Village (15/20 minutes) will provide access to a further 30 restaurants as well as several shops and supermarkets. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a market at walking distance. If you want to spend time just relaxing around the house, there are several terraces with sunbeds and terrace Furniture, including a Weber barbeque. There is a 3D 55 inch LED Smart TV, 3D DVD player. To secure Wifi access the property has Wifi transmitters both indoor and outdoor with two separate internet providers. An IPTV Box will provide you with Scandinavian and British TV-channels. You will also have access to a community tennis Court just minutes away.
Although several guests stay at the Villa without a car, If you do have car, trips to Mijas Pueblo, (25 min) Ronda, (2 hrs.) and various amusement parks in the Fuengirola area (15-30 min) are recommended. A bus-stop is only 350 m. away, buses for Fuengirola and Marbella runs on a half hourly Schedule. Street parking is available if You should choose to rent a car during Your stay. Please note that the main entrance to the house is via stairs, making the house difficult accessible for wheelchair users. Pets not generally accepted.

Pool is heated by solar panel year round.
Heatpump for pool is installed and available upon request. Use is charged by the kW. kW meter is installed and will be recorded by the agent upon arrival and departure. Great to use if you like pool temperatures year round towards 28-30 degrees C.
