The house is located at the border of the natural park of Cerro Gordo and the homonymous residential area, on a low hill on the right side of the horseshoe-like bay which gives its name to the main local village: La Herradura.
The house has three floors: the ground floor with the kitchen, the living room, a terrace and a staircase leading to the rest of the dwelling. The upper floor with one bedroom, bathroom and balcony. And the lower floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is also connected to the terrace and the swimming pool.
All rooms (including terrace and balcony), with exception of the kitchen, have very beautiful views overlooking the sea.
House number 7 has two parking places assigned (number 9 and 10) with enough space for two normal vehicles. They are perfectly signalized. The parking is accessed through an automatic door with remote control.
