The apartment is situated within the popular urbanisation El Faro, and takes its name from the port lighthouse close by. There is direct access from the pool area to the newly paved walkway around the lighthouse, with seating, pagodas and fantastic views over the marina, The apartment has a balcony directly overlooking the pool area, ligthhouse and has great sea views. Both bedrooms and lounge area are fitted with air conditioning (summer/winter).
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a lounge/dining area with sofas and dining table for 6. There as a TV & DVD player. Wifi has been installed from May 2015. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven and grill. Beneath the apartment complex is secure parking.
The apartment is a two minue walk from the lovely port of Estepona where a wealth of bars and restaurants can be found. There is a new heladería (icecream parlour) close to the pool exit where you can also enjoy coffee and crepes, whilst taking in the views. Also 200 metres away is the beautiful main beach, La Rada Beach, with Blue Flag status. Within 5 minutes walk are 2 supermarkets, OpenCor and Supersol.
The port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona, with an abundance of restaurants and bars. The town centre is a 10 minute stroll away from the apartment and is still unique in retaining its Spanish heritage with pretty plazas.
In addition to this, Estepona has 2 main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. La Rada Beach is only 400metres from the apartment. El Cristo Beach is a 5 minute stroll away and is more than 1km long. Both beaches have Chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants) and lifeguards in season. Estepona Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive away by car and offers excellent facilities and reasonable green fees.
The pool area will close for siesta each day
Local activities diving, swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing.
The Selwo Adventure Park is a great family day out and only a 10 minute drive away. Gibraltar is 30 minutes drive away, where you can go on a tour of the rock and see the famous apes - or enjoy the tax free shopping!!!
The sophisticated resort of Puerto Banus is only a 15 minute drive away, with beautiful harbour, great shops and ideal for people watching! Ronda is an hours drive away, with an abundance of history and spectacular views - well worth a visit.

A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking which is non refundable and the balance(which is non refundable also) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The apartment will be available from 15:00 - 22:00 on the day of arrival. On your day of departure we would require you to vacate the apartment by 10:00. Where possible we will try and accomodate earlier or later times however these must be agreed prior to booking.
A security / key deposit of €200 or £140 is payable upon arrival, and will be returned at the end of the letting period providing no material damage has been made to the apartment or fittings.
A welcome pack is also provided. This is included with the price quoted. A mid rental clean can be arranged and this is payable locally at 12 euros per hour.
Discounts for long term bookings (4 or more weeks) are available, outside of the summer months, please contact the owner.
